Our 60-Day Smooth-Feet Guarantee
Try solé. for 60 days. If your feet aren't the smoothest they've been in years, we'll refund you — simple as that.
How to get your refund:
- Email with your order number and tell us what went wrong.
- We'll refund your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
- For hygiene reasons, used personal-care tools can't be resold — so in most cases you won't need to ship anything back. We'll simply refund you.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
Exchanges: Email us and we'll help you swap it.
